Bio

Research: Soil-Structure-Water Interaction Effects in Buried Reservoirs – Centrifuge Modeling

Hometown: Pinon Hills, California

Bio: James earned his Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona (2017). After graduating he worked as a Civil Engineer I at King Civil Engineering in Yorba Linda through 2019 performing a wide range of general civil engineering duties. His research interests include earthquake engineering, soil-structure interaction, and other topics that fall under the umbrella of geotechnical earthquake engineering.

Other interests: in his spare time, James enjoys cooking and is a hockey enthusiast.
